I figured I was over the workouts from earlier programs, so didn’t want to attack them again so soon.Īs with my previous reviews, I went into this program in pretty decent shape after completing P90X, some insanity and T25 Alpha and Beta. I decided to do the “Pure Gamma” variant which only has you do the gamma workouts. Since I had Gamma, I figured that might as well be what I did.Īs it happens, I’m very glad I did it, because T25 Gamma is quite good. However after a couple of weeks of resting I found myself gaining back weight again (funny how that happens) and I was spurred into doing “something”. Originally I wasn’t going to complete this section due to being underwhelmed by the previous workouts. Following on from my reviews of T25 alpha and beta is my review of the final part of the program, T25 Gamma.
